The original ‘Village Hall/ Reading Room’ is now known as ‘Green End’. The new village hall was built in 1974 to replace the original.
It comprises a large hall with a stage, a smaller kitchen and toilet area with a small meeting room at the back.
It has a large playing field with two football pitches, a splendid children’s play area, tennis courts and a basketball court.
Many village organisations use the hall such as the ‘Bingo Club’ the Carpet Bowls Club, the Tostock Brownies, the Tennis Club, the Past and Present Society, as well as numerous ‘Evening Events’ which are always fun occasions. A full list of forth coming events can be seen in the News and Information Page.
